Suggestive Recipe
Soak 1 cup of millet porridge in 3 cups of water for half an hour before cooking. Strain the water, rinse the porridge well. In a pressure cooker, heat ghee, add cumin seeds, asafetida and add the soaked porridge. Add 3 cups of water, salt & turmeric. You can add veggies of your choice too. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
