Suggestive Recipe
Take 1 cup of dosa mix in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of sour curd and 1.5 cups of water. Add little salt as per your taste. Mix well and keep this batter overnight a warm place to ferment. For making instant dosa without fermenting add 1/2 tsp of fruit eno to batter. Batter consistency should be medium thick and flowing. Cook it on medium flame and serve hot with coconut chutney.
