Suggestive Recipe
Take 1 cup of idly mix in the bowl, add 1 cup of sour cur. Add little salt as per your taste. Mix well and keep this batter overnight at a warm place to ferment. For making instant idly without fermenting add1/2 tsp of fruit eno to batter. Grease the idli moulds with oil and fill them with idly batter. Steam them in a cooker (without whistle) or in an idly maker, on a medium flame for 10-15 mins. Carefully remove the idlis from moulds and serve them with coconut chutney.
