Ingredients
- Chokker : 150gms
- Cauliflower, grated : 1 cup
- Spinach, finely chopped : 1 cup
- Potato, boiled, peeled, grated : 1.5 cup
- Green Chillies, chopped : 2-3
- Green Corriander, chopped : 1/4 cup
- Salt : As per taste
- Black Pepper ; 1 tsp
- Oil : To shallow fry
Recipe
Mix together the chokker, grated veggies along with potato. Add green chilies, coriander, salt & pepper.
Shape the mixture into round balls and flatten a bit. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Heat a nonstick frying pan, brush with a little oil, and brown the cutlets on both sides.
Serve hot.
