Suggestive Recipe
In a pan take 1 cup of amaranth porridge, add 2 cups milk of your choice (almond milk, coconut milk), and cook it over medium flame. Allow it to simmer for 20-30 min. (Add additional milk as per desired consistency). Add honey or any other sweetener and serve hot. Can also add nut butter (almond or peanut) and fresh fruits ( strawberry, mango, etc) for an extra boost of nutrition.
